Who am I? The question that has been on my mind more and more. I was born in the UK, “educated” in a posh London public school and then went on to study Experimental Psychology in Sussex where I experimented with too many things. I left dizzy and disillusioned and dragged myself up one rung of the corporate ladder until my unending sense of anxiety sent me halfway across the world. I was studying kung fu, and dabbling in qi gong and meditation and then met a Tibetan knowledge-holder here in Taiwan and a few others (more recently) who have inspired my search into the unknown dark corners of my mind (of which there are of course many).
